Got a chance for an incredible modded amp by Tim Thompson. This was originally a Bad Cat BC50, which was, to my understanding, a no frills, hand wired amp by Mark Sampson (RIP) which was supposed to be their version of a Plexi with no master volume.

Tim took this platform, added a master volume, and modded the preamp to make incredibly fat tones at all volumes. It has been a long time since I played a Plexi style amp, but this one is phenomenally good at all volumes. It had two EL34s. Such a rich, beautiful sounding amp.

Yes sounds great.
What cab/speaker(s) were you playing that through?

top video: 2x12 with EV SRO with Fiam Tele
both other videos: Audio Eyra 1x12 with cream alnico - single coils were Charvel Strat and humbucker was Fiam Mirari F5

Thanks! I have no idea other than adding a master and doing some type of preamp mod. I believe he also clipped the bright cap.
