NAD - Stark Tremolux

I got this killer amp yesterday. It started as a '66 (I think) Fender Tremolux, but then Adam Stark did a bunch of magic to it, including swapping all the transformers. It's in a combo cab with an alnico 12" Scholz speaker and I'm really really happy with how it turned out. The cleans can hang with just about any amp I've played and it has a really nice clean OD at higher volumes too. I made this clip with a Bandit out front, which I think suits it pretty well.

The bandit is a perfect match for the stark amp. In my experience. This combo is what I wished the Gjika set would’ve been.
Not to disparage the Gjika. I just think this setup does it better for ME.

that sounds fantastic!

That Stark Tremolux sounds so amazing. Was it a ground up build or a mod to an existing amp? The Bandit sounds lovely as well. Hoping mine ships soon. :)

do you have any pure overdrive clips of the amp? I find that Adam's amps have such beautiful overdriven tones.
