EV38 arrived to me today. I forgot what options I had even ordered it had been so long. I apparently went crazy - hi-drive, spike, class a/ab, density, and bandwidth (didn’t actually receive this option).
I have owned a bunch of Naylor amps. They’re very cool. This one sounds pretty good, too.
I will post a clip. A word of warning… BUY USED. Do not pay any deposit on a new Naylor amplifier. This amp took over 3 years, and a huge amount of cajoling to get. This is not to run anyone down. This is to warn those who might see this in the future.
Anyway, fun amp. This is hi input, hi drive engaged, bite switch engaged, and straight in to the amp. Strymon Timeline in the loop. Cab is a 1x12 thiele with an EV12L:
