Ronin Audio Research (now Audio Eyra) GEM/SE88 clip

Made a clip of these excellent amps today. It's amazing to me how Ultraphonix like the GEM is. the SE88 really gets some of those Dumble type tones that I'd associate with recorded ODS tones (or at least my conception of them). I've never played an ODS. The SE88 has a pair of NOS winged C EL34s in it. I like them, but I think I prefer the original KT88s a bit more and I'll probably put those back soon.

Beautiful tones. Tim makes great stuff. It blows me away this WAS where he was at and he just keeps pushing forward. Can’t even imagine what he’ll be putting out in a few years.

Thanks, man. It is wild how good both of those amps are. I haven't played anything he has put out since the GEM, but i know he continues to innovate. He's up there with the great builders already, I think.
